1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Our standard delivery time is 5 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few extra days — please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with your tracking number(s).

3. Shipping Charges

We ship across Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs 200/-.

4. Damaged Orders

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim.

Mode of Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Customers across Pakistan can pay via Cash on Delivery.

Online Debit or Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard)
Customers can pay using their VISA or Mastercard Debit/Credit Card.
